Sales Analyst

This position, reporting to the Sales Analyst and Planning Manager, works in collaboration with the Sales Manager on all matters related to sales planning processes and sales force activity; provides analysis and monitors the alignment to the target of the customer and of the sales force.Supports Commercial Officer/Sales Managers and National Key Accounts in monthly/reporting for the affiliate, EMEA and NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports budget process with Sales Directors and Nka’s and Sales Force, monitoring trends and results;

  • Referent for the commission, forecast of commissions, prizes, pfa, and the performances of the Sales Force;

  • Develops daily sales analysis by customer and by brand. Data processing;

  • Helps with consolidation of commercial agreements , allocation of launches and sales supports (sample, preview..);

  • Coordinates the company distribution Committee;

  • Manages the shipping of various materials to customer (price-lists, commercial agreements);

  • Creates sales reports in sell in and sell out;

  • Organizes sales meeting and manages the organization of the business meeting with key Clients;

  • Manages sales analysis and Budget related to customers and P&L (gross to net sales analysis)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Position requires 4/5 years in related experience ( finance, sales, trade marketing)

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and Business Intelligence
