Junior Key Account Manager

The Junior KeyAccount Manager is in charge of:

  • Implementing an effective sales strategy in order torepresent ELC Brands within key national retailers;

  • Sales planning: defining sell-in and sell-out targetsfor all the defined retailers;

  • Managing the full commercial relationship between ELCand the retailer’s buying department;

  • Coordinate the Trade marketing activities on Brick andMortar and On Line Channel.

KeyPerformance Areas & Description

COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

  • Sales

  • Works with Trade Marketing Planner creating anddeveloping Sales Programs;

  • Builds and develops long-lasting relationships withRetailers, driving negotiations with key buyers and creating winningpartnerships;

  • Defines sales objectives and forecasts per Retailer;

  • Monitors the budget defined for every retailers;

  • Manages effective customer service activities, drivingcontinuous improvement and efficency

LEADERSHIP &PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

  • Clearly communicates priorities and targets;

  • Solves conflicts and negotiates win-win solutions withcommercial partners.

SKILLS:

  • University Degree in Economics

  • 3-5 years Sales experiencein a retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena

  • English Local Language

  • Strong Sales experience: solid commercial background,better if in the Prestige Beauty / Consumer Goods industry

  • Strong Negotiations skills

  • Excellent usage of Excel and BI Systems

  • Performance & Goal oriented personality

  • Great ability to partner with internal and externalstakeholders

  • Established relationships with key Beauty Retailers inthe market is a plus
